At Gulpankh, every product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@gulpankh.ca with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
